About the Director - Lucinda Wellington

Lucinda Wellington is a Professional Coach who is committed to assisting her clients in achieving their maximum potential, wehter it is in their businesses or personal lives. Lucinda is the Founder and Director of Intrepid Coaching and takes an innovative and adventurous approach to business, leadership and personal coaching - Empowering freedom, strength, clarity and direction to her clients in their journey to achieving their goals and objectives.

Lucinda is a NLP Practitioner with a Diploma of Life and Executive Coaching. Lucinda loves working with small business and leaders.

After spending a few years in the Australian Army, gaining extensive experience and training in leadership and management, Lucinda moved into the Rehabilitation and Injury Management industry where she has worked throughout Australia as the State Manager for QLD, WA and SA leading a multi-disciplinary Allied Health team.
